Thoughts....

I have started my Jillian Mitchel 30 days Shred on 29th March 2015.
Though I have tried to do it few times earlier too but never completed it. However this time I am determined to finish it properly.

I have done it 2-3 times few days back and got muscle pains and then 2-3 days gap to get recovered. So this Sunday when I did its level 1 completely ,y body was not aching that much. Rather I felt good. Then today morning did my Day-2 and again today I am feeling very good.
I hope this "feeling good" will keep me motivated.

Last Sunday my son told me Mumma aap moti ho and that brought tears in my eyes. I decided then that I will change myself and this tag of "Moti".

I also went for walk today morning as after my exercise session I found that the morning was so beautiful and as my husband and son was sleeping and my maid was coming a little late today so had kind of 1/2 hour time to go for a walk. So did it.
I have decided to do my exercise in some or other form definitely.

My motivation...

As I told in my y'day post that I do lost some kgs in my last effort to loos weight and got some compliments.
Today when I have seen some of my pics taken during Diwali and compared them with current pics the difference was visible.

Though I felt sad that I have gained weight after that during winters due to many reasons but I know I could have avoid that.

No worried I have learnt a lesson now.


This is me during Diwali....where its clearly visible that I have lost some weight was looking much better...the puffiness from my face was quite controlled....

But now let me confess my mistakes so I do not repeat them again now:

Points to continue:

1. I was taking time out for any kind of physical activity like Yoga, Jogging/Walk etc.
2. I was conscious for my eating habits and avoiding bad foods.....
3. I was challenging my body everyday in terms of exercises like running for some time pushing for some more little distance and like that.

Things which I did wrong:

1. During winters I stopped exercising due to my laziness. Though at that time I could have continue the indoor exercises etc. But dint paid attention to it.
I accept that at that time there were few thing which went wrong with me and my whole concentration was at some other point still I should make exercise as part of my routine always.
2. I was not eating bad food but was not managing the portion size at all. This also became a culprit.
3. I was not regularly checking my weight which was very very wrong. As checking weight on some intervals keep me informed.
4. Biggest mistake - rather than being motivated to lose more or at least maintain the weight I became so happy and relaxed that I actually ended up gaining all what I lost earlier.

So as I know what wrong I did so now onward am not going to repeat the same things again.

Am Back.....

Yes, am back to my weight loss effort...
Though I know I have not yet succeeded to be what I actually want to be but still I know that my continuous efforts only made me to keep myself in shape along with the steroid medicines else thing would be worse.

During Diwali i.e Oct 2014 I have got some complements that am looking slim and lost weight. Also few old dresses came to be fit now.  :)

So overall I know things have worked for me and I have been able to lose some unwanted fat.

Thats why am not going to stop my efforts here.

Here when the chilling winters are saying bye I am all geared up to start my weight loss efforts once again.

I know and believe that one day I will achieve what I actually want and that is to come down to 55-56 kgs goal.

Currently as of now my weight is somewhere 64-65. So the target is to lose 10 kgs.

First target is to loose 5 kgs fast and reach 60 kgs first.

Here this time I am starting a new effort with online dance exercise videos with good music as I think this will make the exercising exciting and fun.

Will share the results and experience soon.
