JM 30 Day Shred level 1

Yesterday only I have completed my JM 30 Day Shred level 1.
I felt so good and happy about it.
I really loved doing her workout and felt so good after doing it.

Today morning I have started the level 2. It is difficult the level 1 but yes that is expected.
Good thing is now I know what difference it makes to me when I do exercise. Considering this today I have also order a set of 2 dumbbells for me of 1 kgs.

JM 30 Days shred level 1 Day 7

Today I completed JM 30 Days shred level 1 Day 7.
Feeling very good and happy about my progress till now.

Initially it was so tough for me and I was thinking as when this will end. But now ll looks so good to me and I enjoy it so much that I hardly realize when my session gets over. :)

I really looks forward for my next session.

Also I have become so used to about the changes in my diet too. On Saturday I took a day off to diet and exercise. And I must say I felt so heavy after eating my normal food and without my exercise.I felt heavy and bloated.

Again yesterday I had my regular food like daliya, dal , 1 roti etc. Dinner was papaya and cucumber.
I felt good and happy.

So overall here are some of the benefits I have realized with this new routine:

1. I have been able to manage my constipation problem too. Without even taking any churna etc my system is working much better.

2. I am feeling light, more energetic.

3. My back ache and stiff shoulder issue is gone all together.

Addicted....

Today is my Day 4- of Jillian Mitchel 30 Days Shred level 1.
I must say I have become addicted to it.
Yes I am.

My God she is tough but she is damn good.
I feel the pain but after ding it I feel so good that I look forward to do it again next day.
Yesterday I don't get time to do it in the morning but I was feeling so tempted to do it that I managed to take time out in the evening and did it.
Today morning I woke up to make sure that I finish my day 4 as I knew if not in the morning today I can not make it for evening.

I feel so good after ding it and very hopeful too.
Yes hope that will definitely get my desired results soon.

Apart from that on my diet front I must say am doing really good.
I made Alloo paratha yesterday night but not for myself. I had Green moong dal khichadi.


My breakfast from last one week is Black Chana, Sprouts, Chaach, Sattu etc.
Lunch is 1 roti, one bowl dal, curd. Dinner is one bowl dal, salad, papaya and milk etc.

So overall I was feeling good that I am in control of myself.

I am feeling light and energetic. I wish I keep continuing it all and get my results soon.
