I feel this time I am The Most Determined to lose the Fat...yes am mentioning Fat here....
Currently I am doing C25K. For motivation I have registered for Delhi Womanthon. It is going to be on 19th June 2016. So am training for that.
Apart from this I have downloaded few videos which am following. Before coming to office I do a 20 mins aerobics.Also going for a short walk after dinner.
So this is how am trying to incorporate exercises in my routine. As I cant give hours to exercise in a stretch nor have the enthu to follow it so targeting for small exercises as and when I have some time.
I feel this way am on track as I like to do it and can manage things too with this routine.
Every morning when my alarm rings at 4 am I don't want to go all for the run but something keeps pushing me and doesn't let me sleep....I get forced to go out...then I don't want to run...but again I run as I want to achieve something....
By food wise am trying to avoid as much as I can. Totally no to Rice.
Till now from last 3-4 days am on track. And as much as am doing it I feel more dedicated towards it. I don't have food cravings etc as the moment I visualize my goal, it takes more precedence on my mind then the food....
